These sweet friends of mine met me in the heart of Waco for a fun mini session, here are some of my faves! xo

Tom purchased a mini session that I donated for a pre-school auction and decided to use it for holiday time, perfect! This is the third time I’ve photographed this family of four, they are friends of mine so I get to see them often but its fun to watch their two monkeys grow in up in front of my camera too. On this particular day we were racing against the weather, the coulds were rolling it and the rain was coming but we managed to just make it before the rain came, whew! Thanks sweet friends, always a pleasure. xo

This is the third time I’ve photographed this family, and each time I love it more and more. When we were talking about the “vibe” for their shoot, I said “I see a casual shoot at home, in the yard just playing around.” And that is exactly what we did! I love how their images turned out, here are some of my favorites from our time together. Richardsons, as always, thanks for the laughs and the relaxed, casual evening -just my style! xo

Enid, to know her is to love her. No joke, she is just as sweet and kind as she is beautiful. I am lucky that I get to know her. She said she was awkward in front of the camera and asked if I would mind doing a small-ish session with her to help warm her up a bit. As you can see, she doesn’t have an awkward bone in her body! Oh sweet Enid, thanks for the lovely afternoon, friend! xo

When Dianne contacted me through my website she explained her family was coming into town from California for parents weekend and asked if there was any way I could photograph their family on Baylor’s campus to commemorate this special time in their lives. I loved the idea and was thrilled to meet this sweet family! Dianne won me over when she said she looked at a lot of photographers before deciding on me because of my relaxed style. Ahhh, that right there warms the ol’ heart cockles, folks! This family made my job a dream and I loved casually strolling around Baylor’s campus with them capturing this time in their lives! Thanks Mills, it was truly a pleasure! xo

I’ve photographed Abby’s big brothers before but this was my first time capturing her! She was so happy (and cute!) and willing to lay in prickly grass without complaining…she’s a keeper!! Sweet Abby, thank you for being such a doll baby, lets do it again sometime, shall we? Have your people call my people. xo

For Ella’s 6 birthday she had the cutest craft party at Crop*Paper*Scissors here in Waco! Happy birthday, sweet girl! xo

It’s that time of year again! Time to start thinking about holiday cards and booking your photo session!! As always, I’m doing a handful of mini sessions here in Waco, here’s the scoop!

WHEN: October 13th & 14th

WHERE: October 13th will be a rural location in Waco & October 14th will be an urban location in Waco  

Cost: $225

What the cost includes: a 20 minute photo session with up to 5 people (for each additional person there is an additional $25 fee), an online photo gallery with 10-12 edited images, your cost includes 5 digital images with a copy right release, if you would like to purchase the remainding images the cost is an additional $100.
