I’m behind on blogging but this is mylast session to be blogged from 2012! Then I’ll be all caught up! I was trying to think of what to title this post and “givers” is what instantly came to mind. That’s the word I think of when I think of this family -they are always.gving.to.others. They are some of the most generous people you could ever meet and I’m blessed that I get to call them friends. Bridget said this was the first time in TEN YEARS that they have had family photos taken, I was honored to be the one to do it! Thanks for trusting me to capture your beautiful family, sweet friends. xo

Remember a while back when I photographed this family minus dad because he was overseas serving our country? Well, he’s back! It was so great to photograph this family all together, just as they should be. xo

Happy New Year, everyone! What better way to kick off the new year on the ol’ blog than with some photos of a brand new baby girl?! My friend Kelly brought over her newest addition so I could snap a few pictures of her newborn yumminess. Welcome to the world, sweet Camille! xo

My sweet girl turned SIX in November! I still can hardly believe it! Every year I do a birthday shoot with her, this year I’m a little late on posting it but this was done almost a month ago! Better late than never, right?! I asked B what her favorite color was, she said pink and purple, so 6 pink and purple balloons it was! Here are my favorites from her 6th birthday shoot! xo

These cool cats are friends of mine, lucky me! They met me here in Waco for 20 minutes of urban mini session awesomeness-loved it! xo

Every year I have the pleasure of photographing these 4 crazy fun boys and their sweet parents! I told them they weren’t ever allowed to hire another photographer b/c I would be too sad to miss out on the fun! (no pressure, guys ) Here are some of my faves from our time together. xo

Matt is a fellow Washingtonian so when we met here in Waco of course we became friends! It has been so fun watching Matt and Kristin fall in love, they were meant to be! I’m thrilled to be the one to capture their big day in Seattle next year, its going to be amazing! More of these love birds to come! xo

Every year I look forward to photographing this family! This is the first family that I have photographed 4 times! It is an honor to be the one chosen to capture their (growing) family year after year. I’m super excited they are adding another boy to the mix, can’t wait to meet him!!! I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, I LOVE when a client calls me and tells me that they want to have a session at home, it is so personal and I love capturing their real lives. I drove out to West, Texas to photograph this sweet family of three in their new home, loved it!
